CARRUTHERS Logger is a programmable one-dimensional meat portioner for deli meats, deli loafs or snack sticks. Single dimension portioner allowing for clean, precise cuts on a wide range of products such as deli meats, loaves, processed logs, snack sticks, and more. Portion control accuracy of 1/16″ and automatically remove ends and clips.12″ wide conveyor belt with 7″ of product Clarence. Capacity on 6′ Deli Logs chubbing at 6” long will be over 3,000 lbs/hour. Maximum belt speed of 40 ft/min. 240V/3PH/60HZ.
