Stainless, insulated, fits 8 standard smoker trucks, 4 double nesting trucks, with (2) swing out access doors, glass view window, approx 124″ x 10′ x 16′ x 10′ OD / 9′-4″ x 16′ x 8′ ID oven box dim, 304 stainless distribution piping /CIP nozzles, with associated fan blowers/ders and motors, 24″ dia exhaust duct to roof, control panels as shown, approx 47 heads humidity diffusers, diamond plate stainless flooring, truck side guards, sloped to drain, 115v, 1ph/60hz. NOTE: Installed in the 80s.
