Hamilton 250-gallon direct steam hemispherical kettle with stainless steel cooking surface. Rated at 90 PSI and 350°F. Features a stainless steel split cover. Approximate dimensions: 52″ diameter, 43″ deep. Mounted on 24″ high stainless steel legs with heavy-duty casters. Includes a 3″ diameter tri-clamp bottom center outlet with hand-operated valve, stainless steel bracket for your agitator, and a thermowell.
